Last night, at about midnight, I heard a loud crash outside my window. Didn't hear any brakes - only the eerie sound of metal crashing. I came out of my room, and my roommates and I ran to the corner of Veteran and Santa Monica, where there was a gruesome car accident. The signals at this intersection are soooo terrible, it wasn't hard to believe that these two cars, probably driving at a good 35-40 mph, both thought their light was showing green. Reminded me of the two times I witnessed accidents on the freeway - so please buckle your seat belts everybody!
On an unrelated note, I leave you with a picture of Tom Chaplin. His hair looks great in this picture, and he also looks great. Yesterday I came across the Dutch MTV website that had a 20min or so interview with him. Love him! Should I write a fan letter? HAHA. Gawd, I'm so lame.... posted by Kris
