Happy Tuesday! Hope everyone had a great weekend - because I sho did. (oh, and happy birthday to GOM, who celebrated a fabulous 27)
This past weekend, Amy and I went up to Malibu for a random weekend of beach fun. I've always wanted to go, and I've been talking about visiting M's house for a while. Fortunately our schedules matched (as well as Amy's), and late Fri night, Ames and I headed up to his house.
I should start off by giving props to Mattie for being such a thoughtful and great host. If any of you ever hesitate about making the drive up there - don't. It's totally worth it.
Anyway, so onwards to the photos. Ames and me at some rock view point. Apparently they show movies on the rock in the evenings...
Ames offered to take a photo of Matt and myself while we were at El Matador beach. We stood there for a LONG time because she couldn't figure out how to use the camera. All of a sudden, this huge ass wave crashed on the rock behind me, and then I was sopping wet. You can't tell in this photo, but Matt has no clue what's going on, as he is still smiling for the camera. Stupid wave...
Sunday a bunch of us from church went to go see the Sound of Music musical at the Hollywood Bowl. Lil, myself, Lees and Neener.... however, I always notice my torso size. Why is it so dang long?! :(

In two days I fly off to Chicago to meet up with GOM for Lollapalooza! Will post much more then... Have a great rest of the week, peeps.
