Hi everyone! Another blog entry, filled with lots of photos. I recently went back up to Mattibu, but this time with Neens AND Lil. It was Lil's first time up to his pad, and giving her a tour of the house was the first task on the list.
We had already done some heavy duty planning for the weekend. The girls were in charge of the food (no skimping allowed - it was a full-on gastronomical extravaganza), and the guys provided the entertainment. And when I say guys, I actually mean Matt.
The weekend consisted of ping pong playing, pool shooting, beach napping, frisbee throwing, scenic hiking, motorcycle riding, movie watching, sand dune crawling, and just a whole lot of laughing. Big props to our host, Matt, who really made us feel like his home was our home. I can't say enough nice things about our weekend - it really felt like we were on vacation. Talk about much needed!
