AS A LONGSTANDING CUSTOMER, OF SPENDING OVER $1,000 IN TICKETS OVER THE PAST FEW YEARS, I AM APPALLED AND EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AT HOW THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES HAVE HANDLED THIS SITUATION.
