I WOULD JUST LIKE TO TAKE THIS MINUTE TO EXPRESS MY EXTREME DISPLEASURE WITH MY EXPERIENCE WITH TICKETMASTER TODAY. AS A LONGSTANDING CUSTOMER, OF SPENDING OVER $1,000 IN TICKETS OVER THE PAST FEW YEARS, I AM APPALLED AND EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AT HOW THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES HAVE HANDLED THIS SITUATION.

THEY ARE BASTARDS. TICKETBASTARDS. AND I AM ANGRY AT THEM.

UGH. I AM GOING TO HURT SOMEONE.
